Robot Safety Fence

Robot Safety Fence (Robot Safety Enclosure) is a physical barrier used to isolate industrial robot work areas, preventing unauthorised access and ensuring operational safety. It is constructed from metal mesh panels, posts, connectors, and safety doors, offering high strength, impact resistance, and corrosion protection. It is widely used in automated production lines, welding stations, and assembly systems.

Materials: Low-carbon steel wire or aluminium alloy frames; surface treatment includes powder coating or galvanised plus coating for durability.

Mesh Size: 20 × 100 mm to 50 × 50 mm; standard colours: yellow and black for visibility.

Frame and Posts: Aluminium profiles (20 × 30 mm, 40 × 60 mm) or Q235 steel tubes; wall thickness 1.5–2.5 mm.

Types: Fixed fence (permanent); modular fence (removable, extendable); interlocked fence (with sensors or safety systems for automatic shutdown).

Applications: Automotive welding and painting; electronics assembly; logistics AGV and palletising zones; automated stamping and handling lines; laboratory robot safety zones.
